I have found that this simple juice recipe is the best for making my skin glow and keep any sickness at bay. I usually use 2 large apples, about 1-2 inches of ginger (make sure to shave the skin off first using a peeler), and two heaping handful of baby carrots. You can use big, long carrots too -- would be about 4 or 5 of those depending on the size. Put them all through the juicer and you have yourself a Vitamin A and Vitamin C powerhouse! It is beneficial to your immune system too so a good juice to make now that we are getting into cold and flu season. It tastes pretty darn good too! I love the taste of ginger. You can find me eating all of the ginger next to my sushi…and asking for more. I don't make juices very often, because it's not very fun to clean the juicer, but when I do this is one of my favorites. Let me know how you like it!
