I like to have yogurt as a mid-morning snack OR as a dessert at night with some cinnamon sprinkled on top or some berries. My favorite flavor is vanilla or pumpkin (you will come to find I love pumpkin flavored everything! it doesn't even have to be in the fall!). I have tried all sorts of brands, but I have found Siggi's to be the best in terms of lots of protein and not a ton of added sugar. This vanilla flavor has 14 grams of protein, 100 calories, and 9 grams of sugar. Some yogurts out there have close to 30 grams of sugar! Stay away from those…or only have them in moderation or for special occasions.
